Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant or retail leadership role required
• Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience required
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• Must be able to work self-sufficiently with minimal oversight
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree is required, a High School Diploma is required

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures de pending on the season
